We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience who would like to be part of an exceptional F&B Team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Prague.

Job desription:

• Provide excellent knowledge of beverage selection, specialty offerings and information regarding preparation methods 
• Provide exclusive personalized service to our guests ensuring a memorable and experience 
• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile 
• Have complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service 
• Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through menus and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities 
• Serve an array of cocktails and beverages with meticulous attention to detail and presentation 
• Actively contribute to the creation of innovative and upscale drink menus, showcasing your mixology expertise 
• Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar 
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar and surrounding tables 

We require:

• Previous experience in bartending preferably within a luxury property
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-end environment
• Knowledge and passion for the latest trends in mixology
• Professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
