We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Demi Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Prague.

Job desription:

• Preparation of selected dishes according to restaurant standards
• Organisation and maintenance of the workplace in accordance with hygiene standards
• Working with the kitchen team to develop new menus
• Managing inventory and ordering ingredients
• Maintaining food quality and safety standards
• Working in short/long week mode

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Knowledge of gastronomic techniques and trends
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality
• Communication and team spirit
• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new things
• Knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
